Caroline Beaumont earned her federal capacity certificate in banking in 1998 at Credit Suisse and André-Chavannes Business School in Geneva.

In 2002, after working for three years alongside Credit Suisse asset managers for Swiss clients in Geneva, she became the executive assistant in the Ultra High Net Worth Individuals unit under the responsibility of Serge Pavoncello.

During that time, Caroline also completed a two-year program at ISFB in Geneva and obtained the Federal Banking Certificate.

She was involved with several working groups and projects within the Ultra High Net Worth Individuals unit related to IT development, administrative organization and staff training.

In June 2004, after a language internship in Cambridge, Caroline left Credit Suisse in order to found Wedge Associates SA together with Serge Pavoncello.

Recognizing the gravity of a changing regulatory environment and mounting international pressure as early as 2007, she decided to focus on compliance and obtained a Compliance Management Certificate from the University of Geneva in the same year.

A member of the board of Wedge Associates SA, Caroline is in charge of the company’s operations, accounting, financial management, annual audit and AMLA (Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act) activities. She handles the company’s communication, marketing, human resources management and related administrative tasks. She also handles contracts with clients and financial partners.

Caroline is in charge of Wedge’s financial management, the company’s accounting and all compliance and HR related activities. Last but not least, she handles the sale and search of real estate for clients.
